Core Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- Strong experience as a full-stack software engineer
- Expertise in Go, Rust, or TypeScript/React
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with microservices architecture
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain production-grade features
- Own features from refinement to production support
- Collaborate with QA and other engineers
- Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions
- Mentor mid-level engineers and provide guidance
- Support major incidents as they arise
- Identify and address technical debt
