Core Requirements

  • 1 year of receptionist experience in a luxury hotel
  • College graduate or equivalent professional training
  • Knowledge of OPERA (PMS), Excel, and Word
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to work flexible shifts

Responsibilities

  • Perform check-in and check-out processes.
  • Provide accurate information about hotel services.
  • Upsell room and transportation services to guests.
  • Maintain confidentiality of guest information.
  • Assist in resolving guest issues effectively.
  • Participate in training and adhere to company policies.
  • Report safety issues and maintain cleanliness.
