Core Requirements
- Currently enrolled in final year of Bachelor’s or recently graduated with Master's degree.
- Strong communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proactive and willing to acquire new skills.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate UNDP inputs to the UN System.
- Liaise with UNDP teams for project alignments.
- Monitor deadlines and deliverables.
- Assist in preparing documentation and communications.
- Provide organizational support for meetings.
- Track and analyze requests from RCO and UN agencies.
- Support logistical and administrative needs of the Front Office.
