Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of bike technicians
- Plan and allocate daily jobs
- Monitor technician performance and punctuality
- Conduct daily morning meetings
- Provide technical guidance for complex issues
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and safety norms
- Maintain daily service reports for performance tracking
