- Coordinate with the front desk to ensure accurate room status.
- Supervise turndown service and key control.
- Inspect guest corridors and public areas regularly.
- Report maintenance issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
- Assist in training and developing team members.
