- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
Responsibilities
- Lead technical management and vessel performance assessments.
- Ensure compliance with maritime safety and quality standards.
- Oversee dry docking and major repair projects.
- Manage annual OPEX and CAPEX budgets for the fleet.
- Coordinate with procurement for timely acquisition of spares.
- Monitor fleet reliability and defect management.
- Lead and mentor team members, providing regular performance reports.
