Core Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Fixed Income operations.
- Strong understanding of Fixed Income products.
- Experience with Prime Brokers or Executing Brokers.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Oversee timely and accurate settlement of fixed income trades.
- Monitor trade lifecycle events for confirmation and clearing.
- Coordinate with brokers for settlement finalization.
- Act as escalation point for settlement delays.
- Monitor positions daily and provide updates to REPO desk.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and settlements.
- Continuously review and improve operational workflows.
