Good communication and negotiation skills; English is a plus

Responsibilities

Contact financial institutions to secure loans and guarantees
Gather necessary documentation for the financial institutions
Develop a fundraising plan with cost-effective measures
Complete loan disbursement procedures and issue guarantees
Manage loan documentation and records
Report on financial plans and asset usage periodically
Perform additional specialized tasks as required by superiors
