Core Requirements

Post Graduation in Finance or Chartered Accountant qualification
7 to 10 years of post-qualification experience
Proficiency in financial systems and processes
Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
Strong communication skills with stakeholders

Responsibilities

Coordinate with FPOs to validate process impact changes
Ensure assessments meet validation requirements
Align with GPLs on process impact prior to reviews
Manage priorities for change deliverables with Tech teams
Coordinate with Transition teams for process right placement
Map existing and new process maps including controls
Monitor project progress and manage risks effectively
