Core Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
- At least 6 years of experience in Finance or Accounting
- Strong background in Accounting and Treasury
- Proven ability to interpret complex financial data
Responsibilities
- Lead operational excellence and financial strategy.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
- Support long-term financial planning and cash flow forecasting.
- Supervise accounts receivable and payable processes.
- Manage customer and supplier accounts and disputes.
- Oversee employee receivables and remittance processes.
- Conduct regular performance reviews for the finance team.
