Core Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in Finance & Accounting.
Knowledge of accounts receivable processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Experience using Accurate system.
Understanding of accounting journals.

Responsibilities

Create and issue sales invoices accurately and on time.
Record accounts receivable transactions in the system.
Monitor and analyze accounts receivable aging.
Follow up on customer payments as due.
Reconcile receivables between systems, invoices, and customer payments.
Ensure completeness of billing documents.
Coordinate with Sales, Accounting, and Finance teams for receivable status.
