Core Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 8-10 years of experience in Finance Process improvement
  • Solid understanding of R2R, O2C, and P2P processes
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (minimum Green belt)
  • 5 years of experience in people management

Responsibilities

  • Lead finance process owners to drive business transformation.
  • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
  • Design methodologies for process assessments.
  • Establish a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Develop business case justifications for initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on digital solutions.
  • Coach team members on finance optimization projects.
