Core Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accountancy or ACCA qualified
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a Shared Service Centre
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience
  • People management experience
  • Excellent English communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Oversee SSC and collaborate with team leads in O2C, P2P, R2R activities
  • Ensure compliance with Fugro's Internal Control System and policies
  • Deliver high-quality service while adhering to standards
  • Champion operational efficiencies and service improvement initiatives
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders
  • Involve in onboarding and training for new ERP systems
  • Manage FSSC personnel, including planning and development
