Core Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accountancy or ACCA qualified
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a Shared Service Centre
- At least 3 years of leadership experience
- People management experience
- Excellent English communication skills
Responsibilities
- Oversee SSC and collaborate with team leads in O2C, P2P, R2R activities
- Ensure compliance with Fugro's Internal Control System and policies
- Deliver high-quality service while adhering to standards
- Champion operational efficiencies and service improvement initiatives
- Manage internal and external stakeholders
- Involve in onboarding and training for new ERP systems
- Manage FSSC personnel, including planning and development
