- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- Strong hands-on accounting experience
- Audit, tax, and compliance experience
- Big 4 or audit-trained background
- Chief Accountant Certificate
Responsibilities
- Manage full-spectrum accounting operations
- Oversee high-volume transaction processing
- Own month-end and year-end close
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial reports
- Develop annual budgets and forecasts
- Maintain integrity of the general ledger
- Coordinate audits and liaise with external stakeholders
