- Proficiency in financial management systems.
- Experience in debt collection and reporting.
- Ability to train users on finance-related software.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Update daily cash receipts in the accounting system.
- Bank and reconcile cash receipts with Citibank statements.
- Generate and verify invoices and credit notes.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly accounts receivable reports.
- Assist in the creation and management of customer data.
- Oversee debt collection and aging review processes.
- Coordinate with IT to resolve man-hours entry issues.
