Responsibilities

  • Process and validate vendor invoices for SEA entities
  • Manage withholding taxes for local and cross-border payments
  • Post invoices and expense claims accurately in the ERP system
  • Coordinate with local teams on AP-related queries
  • Assist in month-end closing activities and reconciliations
  • Maintain accurate filing of company records as per local regulations
  • Liaise with external secretaries and auditors as needed
