- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or CPA preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable
- Knowledgeable in OPMS, Infrasys, and Check-SCM
- Good understanding of accounting functions
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Prepare and send debit notes on scheduled dates
- Approve cheques for signing
- Ensure invoices are approved by authorized personnel
- Return unauthorized invoices promptly
- Allocate all accounts payable accurately
- Make timely payments of all invoices
- Check invoices for accuracy and correctness
- Cooperate with internal and external auditors
- Prepare expense analysis and reports
