Core Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 4 to 6 years in Controlling & Reporting or similar
- Proficient analytical skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience with ERP Systems and SAP
Responsibilities
- Prepare complex accounting and financial reports.
- Conduct financial performance analysis for decision support.
- Ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting.
- Maintain process controls for efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
- Assist in SOX compliance and reporting readiness.
- Oversee inventory reconciliation and accrual management.
