Responsibilities
- Install and service smart home technology.
- Troubleshoot security systems and home automation.
- Evaluate customer needs for equipment upgrades.
- Train customers on system usage.
- Conduct safety analyses of homes.
- Provide consultative sales during installations.
- Maintain a company vehicle and tools.
