Responsibilities

Conduct Testing & Commissioning for thermal products.
Respond to emergency service calls on standby duty.
Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Participate in field troubleshooting with technical teams.
Support scheduling and planning for departmental tasks.
Manage client relationships and address complaints.
Ensure timely reporting of incidents and compliance.
