Responsibilities
- Perform operations and manage equipment at wellsites
- Oversee field operations and engineering design
- Learn well construction processes and service company roles
- Support engineers with risk analysis and essential duties
- Prepare wellsite reports and conduct post-job debriefings
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
- Manage crew performance and operational reporting
