Responsibilities
- Visit customer locations for payment collection.
- Persuasively communicate payment obligations.
- Build good relationships with customers.
- Report daily collection results to supervisors.
- Accurately collect and update customer data.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly administrative reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams on specific collection issues.
