Responsibilities
- Perform valuation of real estate properties, auto, and machinery as collateral
- Assess acceptability and market valuation of properties
- Verify authenticity of property titles
- Prepare reliable investigation reports
- Monitor account processing statuses
- Conduct field work in specified areas
- Assist with credit proposals and underwriting
