Responsibilities

Oversee operation and maintenance of EV chargers and PV systems
Manage Energy Management System (EMS) and Water Management System (WMS)
Ensure compliance with operational standards and safety regulations
Administer maintenance contracts and monitor contractor performance
Lead planning and execution of minor repair projects
Develop technical specifications and evaluate tenders
Drive continuous improvement in facilities management
