Responsibilities

  • Lead technical takeover of newly constructed buildings.
  • Establish operating procedures and maintenance standards.
  • Manage facilities department operations including security and housekeeping.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate external contractors and manage contractor performance.
  • Assist with budgeting and procurement planning.
