Core Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or Hotel Management
- Minimum of 2 years in the Travel or Cruise Line Industry
- Accounting background is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask
Responsibilities
- Review and validate invoices from over 200 vendors
- Process vendor invoices and crew reimbursements
- Analyze costs for crew movement and ensure correct invoicing
- Communicate with vendors on invoice rejections
- Collaborate with ships to mitigate expense issues
- Lead invoicing for Talent Acquisition and Crew Medical teams
- Maintain knowledge of SQM policies and provide training
