Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef on Food & Beverage strategies.
  • Analyze market needs and define food offerings.
  • Manage menu preparation and pricing.
  • Develop new food items catering to guest preferences.
  • Oversee food preparation and presentation quality.
  • Implement waste reduction procedures.
  • Direct daily kitchen activities and coach team members.
