- Excellent guest service skills
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef on Food & Beverage strategies.
- Analyze market needs and define food offerings.
- Manage menu preparation and pricing.
- Develop new food items catering to guest preferences.
- Oversee food preparation and presentation quality.
- Implement waste reduction procedures.
- Direct daily kitchen activities and coach team members.
