Responsibilities

  • Act as liaison for the Procurement Head and clients.
  • Provide administrative support including calls and emails.
  • Organize meetings and take minutes during discussions.
  • Prepare reports and presentations as requested.
  • Maintain an organized filing system.
  • Address queries and concerns for the Procurement team.
  • Ensure confidentiality in all communications.
