Core Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
  • 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and reports.
  • Handle and prioritize emails and correspondence.
  • Act as the point of contact between the executive and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and business activities.
  • Prepare and organize documents and confidential materials.
  • Support executive projects and ad-hoc tasks.
