- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in order management and buying.
- Strong knowledge of procurement practices.
- Proficient in PSCM applications, including ARIBA, SAP, Salesforce.
- Experience working in cross-cultural and international teams.
Responsibilities
- Procure goods or services for BP operations.
- Create Purchase Orders from approved requisitions.
- Engage with BP collaborators for purchase finalization.
- Resolve issues related to quality and delivery with suppliers.
- Manage changes to Purchase Orders and their closure.
- Inspect incoming requisitions for correctness.
- Issue Requests for Quotes to acquire pricing and terms.
