Core Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Basic proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel
- Ability to read architectural and interior drawings
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing quantity take-offs and cost estimations
- Review drawings, BOQ, and project specifications
- Support budgeting and cost control processes
- Check material requirements and pricing
- Coordinate with designers and project managers
- Ensure estimation data is accurate and organized
- Help maintain project documentation and cost records
