Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation of cost estimates for projects.
- Oversee quantity take-offs and ensure BOQ accuracy.
- Review engineering drawings and design specifications.
- Maintain and update cost databases.
- Assist in developing procurement strategies.
- Prepare tender documents, RFQs, and RFPs.
- Monitor market conditions and material price trends.
