Core Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- At least 3 years of experience as ESH in manufacturing
- Knowledge of safety regulations and standards
- Accredited Safety Practitioner or Consultant
- Experience with ISO standards
Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations
- Conduct complex Process Hazard Analysis and Job Safety Analysis
- Develop and maintain the site-specific EHS management system
- Perform regular audits, inspections, and Industrial Hygiene monitoring
- Lead investigations into accidents and implement corrective actions
- Conduct safety training programs for employees
- Lead ESH improvement projects and support engineering teams
