University degree in Automation or Mechatronics

Proficient in CAD 2D and SolidWorks 3D
Experience with PLC programming (Mitsubishi, Siemens)
TOEIC ≥ 550 or equivalent technical reading comprehension

Responsibilities

Develop and implement investment plans in production technology
Manage project progress, costs, and quality
Train and transfer technology to operational departments
Integrate renewable energy solutions into production systems
Create training manuals for new equipment operations
Perform PLC programming and robot control
Guide maintenance practices to comply with EHS and ISO
