Core Requirements

Technician degree or Diploma in Electrical or Electronics

Experience with Automated Test Equipment
Ability to work in shifts and overtime
Strong understanding of semiconductor test flows

Responsibilities

Support NPI and NTI activities including test setup
Set up and operate Automated Test Equipment
Execute engineering lots and reliability runs
Perform troubleshooting of test failures
Conduct preventive maintenance on test hardware
Assist Test Engineers with collecting failure data
Document test issues and corrective actions
