Core Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field
- Valid PRC license or equivalent
- At least 3 years of construction management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Responsibilities
- Lead the Turnover Assistance Team to achieve project goals.
- Assist in the documentary close-out of projects.
- Prepare reports on the status of residential units.
- Coordinate with external construction management and contractors.
- Implement health and safety objectives and compliance.
- Monitor environmental protection objectives and compliance.
- Address turnover and CRM issues raised by coordinators.
