- Lead and support the Backend Core team
- Design and implement libraries and microservices in Rust
- Contribute to API and platform standards
- Coordinate cross-team projects
- Ensure reliability and performance of foundational services
- Set standards for high-quality code
- Drive technical direction in design discussions
