Core Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering
- 5+ years in manufacturing/plant operations
- 2+ years in leadership/people management
- Certifications in Plant Engineering or Project Management
- Strong knowledge of industrialization and process design
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute site engineering strategy
- Define annual engineering and maintenance targets
- Lead Capex planning and execution
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Oversee maintenance and engineering activities
- Implement predictive and preventive maintenance strategies
- Manage local engineering projects from design to handover
