Core Requirements

Licensed Mechanical Engineer or Licensed Electrical Engineer
Full knowledge of HVAC and Electrical Systems
At least 3 years of relevant experience
Experience in the hotel and casino industry
Strong management and supervisory skills

Responsibilities

Manage and supervise a team of technicians during shifts
Ensure safe and continuous operation of HVAC systems
Oversee maintenance of power generators and substations
Coordinate operations of chillers and cooling towers
Manage sewage treatment plant and boilers
Supervise air handling units and fire pumps
Implement energy utility and management strategies
