Core Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Extensive experience with Enterprise Voice and Unified Communications.
- Deep knowledge of AudioCodes SBCs and cloud deployments.
- CCNP or CCVP certification.
- Proven experience in IP networking and Voice/IP Telephony.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise voice solutions.
- Act as Technical Lead for major voice initiatives.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting for voice services.
- Develop automation scripts for configuration and monitoring.
- Build proactive monitoring frameworks for performance.
- Serve as an escalation point for complex issues.
- Collaborate with global teams to enhance services.
