- Maintain strong safety culture within the team.
- Drive 5S culture and Standards of Excellence.
- Set and communicate team objectives.
- Supervise and manage area lines for safety and quality.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Plan availability of operating supplies.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for continuous improvement projects.
