- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Responsibilities
- Manage product transfer from overseas
- Set up production lines and balance workloads
- Achieve manufacturing yield targets
- Implement continuous process improvement projects
- Perform failure analysis and corrective actions
- Define procedures and working instructions
- Conduct preventive maintenance and calibration
