1 year of sales consultation experience

College degree or higher

Responsibilities

Ensure quality customer service for preschool educational programs.
Maintain existing client relationships to improve re-enrollment.
Seek new clients to increase enrollment.
Act as a liaison to address client inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
Contribute to service enhancement activities for ILO Academy.
Handle other sales and customer care tasks as assigned.
Work Monday to Saturday, from 08:00 to 18:00.
