Responsibilities
- Monitor client infrastructure and solutions.
- Identify and investigate problems and errors.
- Provide telephonic or chat support to clients.
- Schedule maintenance for patching and configuration changes.
- Report and escalate incidents as necessary.
- Update or create knowledge articles.
- Support on implementing Disaster Recovery functions.
