Core Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- 8 years of relevant experience
- 4-6 years in people management
- Strong English communication skills
- Hands-on technical knowledge of critical systems
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage 24/7 data centre operations
- Act as a subject matter expert for command centre operations
- Oversee monitoring and maintenance of critical infrastructure systems
- Ensure compliance with customer SLAs and incident reporting timelines
- Implement change management processes
- Develop preventive maintenance programs
- Prepare operational and customer reports
