Responsibilities

  • Manage product listings on Lazada, Shopee, and Shopify
  • Assist with new product launches and promotions
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and response-time KPIs
  • Respond to customer inquiries via assigned channels
  • Update backend systems and sales reports
  • Monitor pricing across online marketplaces
  • Perform general administrative duties as assigned
