Core Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce or website operations
- Strong execution skills and detail-oriented
- Familiarity with Shopify and Excel
- Good communication and coordination skills
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day website operations including product uploads and pricing
- Support execution of website campaigns and promotions
- Conduct A/B testing to refine user journey
- Monitor website performance and flag issues
- Coordinate with creative team for optimized assets
- Ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer experience
- Assist in analyzing sales data and traffic trends
