Core Requirements
- 7-15 years of securitization experience
- Strong credit and structuring skills
- Ability to work under limited supervision
- CFA preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end deal execution for securitization facilities
- Analyze and perform due diligence on complex transactions
- Oversee portfolio management across Asia Pacific
- Maintain client relationships and contribute to cross-selling
- Originate transactions and respond to RFPs
- Prepare credit submissions and liaise with legal counsel
- Compile reports for senior management on transaction metrics
