Core Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years in luxury resort management.
  • Experience with villa inventories over 50 keys.
  • Thai Council of Engineers License required.
  • Safety Officer Certification required.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee maintenance for luxury suites and villas.
  • Manage PM schedules for medical-grade equipment.
  • Lead and support the engineering team.
  • Ensure operational readiness for guest arrivals.
  • Oversee technical operations and high-efficiency systems.
  • Manage project handover from development to operations.
  • Drive sustainability initiatives within the property.
