  • Manage tickets within TTResponse and TTResolve SLO
  • Troubleshoot end user issues onsite
  • Provide level 1 user side troubleshooting
  • Triage client application issues
  • Process user laptop requests and returns
  • Validate network port status
  • Deploy and distribute laptops to operations
